WHAT WE DO
Beyond AI, Sports Data

VISION

Interprets sports that is the world's common
language through numeric numbers

The development of technology has dramatically increased the task of accumulating and utilizing data in all sectors of the industry, and sports are no exception. So far, CNPS, the leader in golf data in Korea, has developed a technology for measuring accurate distance data easily and quickly and introduced it to male and female professional golf. CNPS, not being satisfied for this, but tries to accumulate deeper data in golf and develop data technology of other sports beyond golf.

Furthermore, the mission of CNPS data business is to combine sports and data, the official language of the world, so that more people can enjoy sports more excitingly and safely.

WHY CNPS

Technology

CNPS digitized the golf data collection system for the first time in Korea and developed a high-precision positioning system by applying RTK to golf.
The RTK-based high-precision golf positioning system continues to be further developed to improve accuracy and stability.
CNPS has secured the technology to perform all tasks related to sports data, from data collection to data processing, utilization, analysis, and display in various media such as web, mobile, TV, and OTT.

Stable operation

For live scoring, the first priority is to operate stably. CNPS has been providing live scoring since 2004. We have a wide range of experiences ranging from scoring by radios to current methods of inputting to tablets through proprietary PDA software, and to collecting distances through high-precision location systems. CNPS provides flawless service in spite of coping with what may happen in the competition and various situations that may occur in the broadcast or tally site.

Data technology

CNPS has been managing KLPGA's data since 2007 and KGA's data since 2018. Since 2016, we have developed technology to collect golf distance data.
We provide data press releases based on the accumulated distance data, developed the Stroke Gained algorithm for the first time in Korea, developed players' reports, and are engaged in various activities utilizing data analysis technology
